[Open Babel] Copying custom data in OBMol

Jens Auer
I had a first look at OpenBabel 2.0.0b5-20051001, and stumbled a little
bit over the behaviour of the copy constructor of the OBMol class. I
expected it to copy custom data attributes, which it apparently does
not. Since this is a commented behaviour of the operator=
implementation, I think this should be stated in the documentation as
well. At least I expect a copy constructor to copy everything.

Oooh. That's a bug. I thought I fixed that one in the 2.0 development
process. I'll make sure to fix that (similarly, for OBAtom, OBBond,
and OBResidue, which can also contain custom data).

Thanks for the bug report!
