Summary: Compressed output unreliable in Windows builds
Open Babel V2.0.0rc1
In Windows versions the compressed file requested by
the -z option produces an output file which is often
not a valid gzip file. This makes compressed output
unusable at present under Windows. The (transparent)
reading of gzipped files is ok, and there appears to
be no problem with reading or writing in UNIX systems.
