Summary: Java "wrapper" for interface to CDK, JMol...

Initial Comment:
The SWIG tool used to generate the Python and Perl scripting
language wrappers can also produce Java code to wrap an
underlying C++ library.

To facilitate access to other open tools like JMol, CDK, Octet, etc.,
a SWIG wrapper in Java might be a good first start to access
libopenbabel from other tools.
