Pybel Attribute error with 'delete_vectorULong'

asood
Hello All,

I am using openbabel 2.3.1 (with python bindings) on OSX Yosemite 10.10.5.
I am using python 2.7.10 and have successfully installed openbabel using the following commands:

cmake ../openbabel-2.3.1 -DPYTHON_BINDINGS=ON -DRUN_SWIG=ON
make
sudo make install
export PYTHONPATH=/usr/local/lib:$PYTHONPATH

When I try to import pybel in python I get the following error:

>>> import pybel
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
  File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pybel.py", line 52, in <module>
    _forcefields = _getplugins(ob.OBForceField.FindType, forcefields)
  File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/openbabel.py", line 196, in <module>
    vectorUnsignedInt_swigregister(vectorUnsignedInt)
  File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/openbabel.py", line 202, in vectorULong
    def __init__(self, *args):
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'delete_vectorULong'

I am not even sure how this error is possible since pybel is clearly found by python and openbabel compiled and installed without any errors.

Any help here would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Jai

Try a newer version - it might have been an error in that release.

What NetFlow Analyzer can do for you? Monitors network bandwidth and traffic
patterns at an interface-level. Reveals which users, apps, and protocols are
consuming the most bandwidth. Provides multi-vendor support for NetFlow,
