Release notes - anything missing?

Noel O'Boyle
Administrator
Hi there,

I've been helping with the release notes for the forthcoming release:
  https://github.com/openbabel/documentation/blob/master/ReleaseNotes/ob240.rst

If there's anything missing or wrong, please let me know.

Also, many of the new features described are missing documentation. If
you would like lots of people to use your new feature, give it an
amazing write-up in the documentation (images encouraged).

Regards,
- Noel

Hi,

Thanks again for compiling such list. One minor note - it may be good idea to sort the contributors by their last names instead of first.

I'd like to deprecate babel, but it's up to Geoff whether that's an
official position.

Sounds like a good idea. We can deprecate now, and in 2.5 or 2.6, remove it entirely.
