No. What in particular are you interested in doing?

"Require Openbabel to work with GPU" still tells me nothing. I know there have been people who have used Open Babel as part of GPU-based codes.

If your question is "can include Open Babel code on a GPU-based code" the answer is probably yes. I don't have particular practice, but no one has indicated particular bugs.

If your question is "I'd like a GPU-accelerated Open Babel" then you'll need to find someone willing to do the work - I'm not sure how much speedup you'd get, since many operations are IO limited.

Hi Sir,

I am developing a code which works for GPU and i want to use certain libraries of openbabel in it (Eg: OBAtom,OBmol..).
So i require Openbabel to work with GPU.

Thanks for the tip!, But I require certain libraries only as part of my code wants to use those libraries.

So I guess I can proceed with it.
