broken link

Alistar Ottochian
Dear all,

I was looking for the all possible entries of a mol2 file.
One of the first results of google was:

https://openbabel.org/wiki/Sybyl_mol2
where the Specification URL suggests :

http://www.tripos.com/data/support/mol2.pdf

But this link is broken. The real problem is that it seems impossible to find a sure reference for the x-mol2 format. Does some of you know were to find it?

many thanks

alistar

It's an interesting coincidence that I've seen this same question on the RDKit mailing list two weeks ago and the CCL list last week, all by different people.

Two of the answers from those responses are:

http://chemyang.ccnu.edu.cn/ccb/server/AIMMS/mol2.pdf
https://www.yumpu.com/en/document/view/15425101/tripos-mol2-file-format

Both are for Sybyl 7.1 Mid 2005.
