Summary: Full unit test framework

Initial Comment:
Despite the large size of the library, a full "unit test" setup, which
provides tests for each and every method in the underlying libopenbabel
would be very useful. The current test architecture tests some key
"higher-level" functions (e.g., translation, SMARTS matching, etc.) which is
important.

However, bug 1373650 points out the problems with the library -- some
methods are not tested in every scenario.

Since Open Babel should be "bullet-proof," more method-level and class-
level testing would be ideal.
